Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

All of our UK packages are sent with UPS and our international orders with DHL.

Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, excluding any Bank Holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend and Bank Holidays will be picked and dispatched the following working day. 

All of our orders are sent either where a signature is required for delivery or tracked, we cannot offer refunds of products should orders be delivered to your address and no-one is home to accept. Please make sure that if you are ordering, orders are sent at a time or place that someone will be in to receive items or mark a safe place on your delivery preferences with the courier. 

In the case of your order not being delivered within the time frame originally given on the update text, please contact the team on support@onewild.one with your order number and tracking.

OneWildOne cannot claim any responsibility and will not replace any missing orders that aren’t flagged to the team within 3 days of their missed delivery. This is due to insurance purposes and it cannot be waived. 

Please make sure to check the delivery address on checkout, OneWildOne is not responsible for any errors made on orders.
