What materials are OneWildOne jewellery made of?

All of our jewellery is made of sterling silver with either 18k gold or 14k gold plating.

How do I use a promotional code?

If you have a promotional code to use on our site, just enter the code in the box labelled 'Discount Code' at checkout, click 'apply', and if your basket meets the conditions of the offer, your code will apply.

My order hasn't arrived yet.
What do I do?

Once we have dispatched the goods, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you haven't received your order within the specified time of delivery, please email support@onewild.one. You must notify us by email of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

What if I have received the wrong item or an item is missing?

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty.

How do I pay for my order?

Customers can make purchases via PayPal, debit or credit card payments, Apple Pay, or Klarna (please check all options on both desktop and mobile). These are all fast and secure online payment gateways that accept all major debit and credit cards.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship internationally! For non-UK orders please select the international shipping option at the checkout.

How will my jewellery be packed?

Your jewellery will arrive in a reusable suedette travel case and our bubble wrap signature zip pouch.

What's the warranty policy for OneWildOne jewellery?

All of our jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty. Please note this does not include product loss.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Once our aftercare team receives a return, it can take up to 2 days to assess and process it. Once the refund has been processed, it will take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.

Caring instructions for our jewellery:

You can prolong the life of your jewellery by properly and regularly caring for it. There are some basic rules that you should follow in order to prolong the life of your precious and beautiful pieces of jewellery:

  • If possible, jewellery should not be worn while exercising or bathing (salt or chlorine water).

  • Jewellery should be removed before going to bed or taking a shower.

  • Perfume or hairspray can dull and decrease the shine of jewellery. We recommend applying perfume, hairspray, or other cosmetics before wearing jewellery.

  • Pearls should not come into contact with perfume, make-up, or hairspray. Alcohol or other solvents can damage the surface of the pearls.

  • Pearls should be kept separately from other jewellery, ideally in a cloth bag or wrapped in a soft cloth. This will prevent your pearls from being scratched.

Cleaning:

  • Soap, cream, and makeup residues can be removed using an ultrasonic device. The device should not be filled with abrasive cleaning agents; it is best to use water with a little bit of neutral cleaning agent.

  • Please use a jewellery cleaning cloth to polish slightly tarnished areas and remove dullness, bringing the jewellery back to its original shine.

  • If the discolouration and dullness can't be removed with the jewellery cleaning cloth, we recommend using a jewellery bath solution.
