6-Month Warranty
All of OneWildOne jewellery is gold plated or white gold plated to the highest standard. Plated jewellery will naturally fade over time, but caring for your items properly will make it last the longest! Items that do fade can not be claimed for after the 6-month warranty period.

To care for your OneWildOne jewellery, we advise to avoid direct contact with cologne, perfume, soap, salt water and chlorine as this will cause the plating to tarnish more quickly. Store the jewellery in a dry place, ideally in a soft-lined box to protect it from scratching and impact damage.

OneWildOne 6-Month Warranty

All of our jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase that covers defective material or manufacturing faults. They must be purchased directly from our online store, and proof of purchase (email address and order number) must be provided upon claiming.

Within the warranty period, if the item is proven to be defective in material or manufacturing under normal use, OneWildOne will provide a like-for-like replacement at no charge - If your item is no longer available, store credit will be issued to be used within a year. We may ask for the defective item to be returned to us for inspection and quality auditing.

Clear images must be provided for review to the customer service team, failure to do so will result in a rejected warranty claim.

Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, anything altered due to a third party, general wear and tear including improper handling and lack of care. Improper use or abuse of the warranty cover could result in a rejected claim and future claims for an individual.
