Refund Policy

Returns & Exchange Policy

​

Full Price Items:

​

All items (excluding earrings) ordered from our website at full price can be returned or exchanged. See below for terms: 

​

  • Items must arrive back to us within 14 days.

  • The 14 day period starts from the day the item is delivered.

  • These items must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging.

  • Any signs of wear or damage will result in a rejection of the return, meaning items will be returned back to you.

  • Some of our items have a branded OneWildOne tag on them, if this is removed it invalidates the returns policy. Please check your items carefully before removing this.

  • Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

Sale & Markdown Items:

​

All items ordered in a sale or markdown can not be returned. All sales are final. Sale and markdown means that the item is showing the original price and a sale price.

How To Return:

​

If you would like to return a full price eligible item, or have any questions please contact support@onewild.one, this can be done directly or on our Contact Us page found at the bottom of the website.

  • Please send an email including your order number and the name on your order. OneWildOne reserves the right to refuse to speak to anybody else due to data protection requirements.

  • They will advise of the return address and conditions for return. We advise to gain proof of postage and to send the item back on a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely. OneWildOne cannot be held responsible should any returned items go missing in the post.

  • Once an item is returned, it will need to be inspected and can take between 2-3 working days to process.

Faults & Damages

​

We hope that your products are perfect, however, we know that sometimes things can go wrong. 

  • Please inspect your order once this arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • If the OneWildOne tag is removed from the item, we won’t be able to accept a damage claim once delivery is accepted.

  • The customer can claim the item to be faulty under the Consumer Rights Act. OneWildOne reserve the right to review the fault and have the opportunity to repair or replace the items. In the event that the product can not be repaired or replaced we will then be happy to issue a refund.

  • Please email support@onewild.one before returning your item to us so that we can advise you of the next steps. 

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

  • If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

  • If the item is not approved, we will send the item back to the original postal address on the order. 

  • In the event that we ask for you to return the item for inspection, we advise to gain proof of postage and send the item back on a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely. OneWildOne cannot be held responsible should any returned items go missing in the post.
